The ​A​peritivo tradition, deeply rooted in Italian culture, was born as a socializing experience, in which cultural exchange and entertainment were encouraged by sharing some drinks accompanied by delicious food.  Th​is I​talian ritual is the real protagonist of London Cocktail Week 2017​.
Italspirits is​ pleased to invite you to try some of the most unique and distinctive cocktails creations ​of​ this year’s LCW.
The House of Peroni will transport guests to the bustling streets of Italy where they ​will be given the chance to reimagine citrus and explore previously undiscovered flavour combinations. ‘Bar Citrus’ and a secret bar,​ deep amongst the myriad of alleyways,​ will g​ive​ guests a chance to try ​some unique​ cocktails​,​ created by award-winning mixologist Simone Caporale alongside talented mixologists​ from Swift, Chiltern Fire House and Edition Hotel, such as :

​”Arancia Rossa” with PERONI AmbraMARTINI Riserva Speciale Rubino VermouthMARTINI Riserva Speciale Ambrato VermouthLUXARDO Maraschino, Aranciata Blood Orange and Silver Tequila

“Bergamot Tramonto” with ITALICUS Rosolio di BergamottoPERONI Gluten Free and citrus sorbet.

Roberta Mariani and Davide Zanardo at Martini Caffè Torino will promote classic Italian cocktails with the signature of Torino, the birthplace of the modern aperitivo.
The pop-up will offer guests the experience of a vibrant, authentic artisanal vermouteria, which will showcase the Martini Riserva Speciale range, alongside cicchetti and nibbles design by Davide DeGiovanni, E​xecutive C​hef at Union St Cafe by Gordon Ramsey.
 For the first time at Madison’s Rooftop Bar, Dante NYC will recreate the unique vibe of the award-winning bar in London. During the Aperitivo Hour, awarded mixologist Naren Young will serve to the British aficionados his incredible and innovative perfect serves, between which we can’t help but mention the Garibaldi, the Italiano Sour and the Bergamot Negroni.Celebrating la dolce vita, on the 5th of October, the pop up will lead into the World’s 50 Best Bars awards, of which Dante is currently listed as number 34. The expert bars team from Dante NY and Madison will be welcoming guests on the famed rooftop terrace, with
spectacular views across London skyline.
