Ilaria Cervone

Ilaria Cervone is a driven and highly skilled Marketing, PR and Social Media and Events Consultant specialising in the spirits and hospitality industry. Her work with ITALSPIRITS and the recently launched Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, sees her deliver sophisticated drinks experiences by overseeing and managing brand development, bar management, beverage programmes, cocktail competitions and sponsorship deals.

Skilled at managing multiple, complex priorities in a fast paced, highly competitive environment, Ilaria has developed a reputation as an effective ‘out-of-the-box’ thinker, with a customer-centric focus. Throughout her career Ilaira has consistently demonstrated the ability to meet and exceed objectives, at times with limited resources. She takes great pride in her personal integrity, strong work ethic and professionalism, and encourages team work to build a consensus across organisations.

With broad experience in the Food and Beverage industry, Ilaria’s work includes the launch and brand development of VII Hills. The first Italian Dry Gin in the world, within two years it had gained great public approval and was listed in some of the leading bars across the globe. Previously, Ilaria had managed Social Media Campaigns for Rabbit Restaurant in Chelsea, aimed at increasing the venue’s digital exposure, generating inbound traffic and cultivating the audience’s engagement. She also oversaw the Marketing, PR and Events activity for Bar8 at Gastrovino, a popular restaurant and wine bar in the heart of Chelsea.

Having graduated from the University of Siena in Italy with a degree in Literature, Ilaria went on to receive a Masters in Comparative Literature from the University of Bologna, Italy before travelling to England to study for a Masters in Marketing Management at London Metropolitan University. As well as being fluent in Italian, Spanish and English, Ilaria’s education and career means she has travelled and lived in Italy, South America, Spain and England. Recognised as a strategic marketer who is able to manage different channels of distribution to maximise a brands’ digital and print exposure, Ilaria’s areas of expertise include: Strategic Planning, Market Research, PR, Brand and Product Development, Events Organisation and Management, Competitor Analysis, Social Media Marketing and Promotional Programmes.
